Calculation
\nOnce the client has an approved estimate listing all materials and work types with their respective costs, a contract is signed with the installation team. The contract specifies the project timeline, payment terms, and the responsibilities of both parties, including warranties on the facade materials and installation work.<\/p>\n
If additional materials or work become necessary during installation, an amendment to the contract is made to reflect the changes. Siding Installation

Acceptance and Warranties
\nUpon completion of the installation, a handover act is signed, and final payment is made.<\/p>\n
A one-year warranty is provided for both the installation work and the materials, starting from the date the completion act is signed.<\/p>\n
This time frame is sufficient for the materials to be tested under various temperature and humidity conditions, allowing any potential issues to be identified and corrected.<\/p>\n
Payments
\nThe client makes an advance payment according to the estimate to cover the purchase of all construction materials. The payment for installation work is made in three stages: a 50% advance, 30\u201340% after half the work is completed, and the remaining balance upon signing the acceptance certificate.<\/p>\n
