Using the services of delivery companies, you can receive your order even in the most remote areas of Ukraine. On average, delivery takes 2–3 business days.
When placing an order, our managers will agree with you on the delivery date prior to shipping. The cost of delivery is calculated individually based on the order volume and destination.

When using courier delivery services, always check the order contents and the external condition of the items upon receipt.

3. Self-pickup from regional warehouses in the following cities:
Self-pickup is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00, after coordinating the order with your manager.
Additionally, in Alta-Profile Ukraine representative offices, you can view the products in person and receive expert advice on product selection and installation.
Basic return conditions
Terms: 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.
Condition of goods: Goods must be unused, in good condition, with all consumer properties, factory labels, and packaging sheets intact.
Packaging: Packaging and completeness of the set must be intact.
Documents: A payment document confirming the purchase (receipt, waybill, etc.) must be provided.
The buyer pays the shipping costs for returning the product.
