Lining according to the technical specifications is used only for internal works. But sometimes linings used for the exterior, which is contrary to its intended purpose.
Note: lining is not bad in itself, as a product, the problem is on its wrong use.
We recommend the use of battens for internal operations and as an exception for tamping box.
The main disadvantages:
1) Fragility:
a. The bunk chalk significantly greater than siding and significantly less plasticizer. Over time, the amount of plasticizer decreases (burns, disappears) and the lining becomes more fragile, begins to crumble, crumble.
b. Siding, because of its thickness (Alta profile = 1.2 mm) and high ductility is more resistant to shock, etc.
2) Can the story:
a. Any plastic (wall paneling, siding, pipe PE, PP, etc.) has a large coefficient of thermal expansion (narrows and expands when the temperature changes).
b. Lining is fastened tightly (nailed brackets). With the expansion and contraction of her nowhere to expand or shrink, so the waves are formed between the brackets (swelling) – bunk leads. This is especially true on larger surfaces.
c. Siding has special longitudinal holes for mounting. When fixing the siding is compressed no screws to the end, and at the junction to the profiles remain gaps in 1.5 cm. This allows the siding to expand and contract without deformation (ie, “breathe”).
3) Burnout:
a. Color lining fade, yellow and white in 2-4 years (depending on the quality and Illuminability lining). Dyes in bunk afraid of the sun. Any lining burn out with time.
b. The pigments that give the required color siding more resistant to fading in the sun (not less than 30 years).
4) Lack of ventilation:
a. Due to the rigid fastening lining no ventilation facade of the house. Therefore, the wooden houses rot.
b. Siding has a bottom hole for drainage and moisture condensation, which is formed under the siding.
5) The result – miser pays twice. After some time (a year or two), a person begins to realize that he was wrong, he could initially pay a little more and get a better product. But it’s’ too late.
