Front (cast) panels TM Alta-Profil
Alta-Profil Group produces strong and durable front (molding) panels imitating natural materials by molding.
The front panels can be used both for the base of the building, and for the entire facade, its separate elements (attached pipes, towers, transition pieces, roof lights, superstructures), for construction of fences and enclosures of gardens and other land plots.
Alta-Profil front (molded) panels are an environmentally friendly, non-toxic, artificial finishing material for facing walls of houses. The panels' appearance is an absolute copy of the beauty of the respective natural materials, while the price of the front panels is much lower.
Front panel manufacturing technology
The front panels are made from a polypropylene-based composition, which guarantees the product's long service life. Each panel is durable and wear-resistant, its thickness being 3 times larger than that of vinyl siding. Special chemical additives prevent burning out in the sun, heating or cooling of the panels, and, consequently, of the entire structure.
The front (mold) panels are made of modern polymers by molding on thermoplastic automatic machines. The method of infusion molding (product molding on a plastic automatic machine) makes it possible to obtain products from polymeric materials with virtually any set distribution of the wall thickness, at the same time minimizing the waste.

Mounting is possible by moving from left to right, completing mounting on one wall before moving on to another one. The panels are designed for mounting only on a vertical surface.
The front panels and all components must be attached to the crate only through the specially designed holes.
Nails or screws must enter the fastening frame in the strictly perpendicular way and strictly in the center of the holes in the planks and panels.
Leave a small distance between the top edge of the screw cap and the panel.
The panels are fastened with nails or screws after every 30 cm.
If you want to highlight the front panels, you can use the J-trim plank as the initial one
The outer corner is installed on the joint of two walls in place.

ORDER FRONT PANELS
Facade panels are used for exterior finishing of the house and, due to their high resistance to loads, are perfectly suited for decorating both the basement part of the building (because of what they are called socle siding) and for the facade of the whole house.
The base siding has a range of advantages, often making it the only possible option for finishing a building. The key ones are:
Light weight. If you do not want to "bury money in the ground" - to create a strong expensive foundation - or you already have a house with a not very solid foundation and you want to redesign it in a new way, then brick- or stone-like front panels will be an excellent solution. Due to their light weight, they do not load the foundation and are ideal for finishing:
Beauty. Stone- and brick-like siding is excellent for finishing the facade of a building, and even at a few meters' distance one will not distinguish a house decorated with base siding from a house lined with natural materials.
Durability. Initially, the front panels were used to finish the basement. Since the base requires more protection than the walls and is more susceptible to precipitations and mechanical damage, special panels with increased impact and moisture resistance were developed for this part of the building. Later, they also started using base siding for covering all walls of a house.
Durability. Due to increased impact and moisture resistance, the front panels have a significant service life - up to 30 years.
Easy maintenance. The base siding does not require outer processing and does not form efflorescence, as brick facades do.
Easy to mount. Following the guidelines, anyone can install the base siding with their own hands without being an expert.
For decorative purposes, you can use façade panels under a stone or brick to decorate columns, verandas, balconies and even fences. In this case, they are perfectly combined with the facade, covered with both siding and plaster.
